Cancellation Policy

As your therapist I value and respect the time and commitment that you set aside to attend counseling appointments.  I also make every effort to not have to unexpectedly change appointments without advanced notice.  I ask that you provide the mutual courtesy of respecting the time that has been set aside specifically for you.  Last minute cancellations have an impact to the support that is provided to you, other clients that I value supporting.

It is my policy that you contact me within 24 hours of your appointment time if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel in less than 24 hours’ notice, a No Attendance/Late Cancellation fee of $25.00 may be charged for the missed appointment. This cost is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility to pay prior to the next scheduled appointment.
